Each year, PIPKRA highlights important and relevant themes in the field of respiratory medicine. The symposium presents the most up-to-date materials delivered by prominent experts and pulmonologists in their respective areas of expertise.
As a leading academic and clinical center in respiratory medicine, the Department of Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, PIPKRA consistently provides advanced educational programs through Postgraduate Courses in Interventional Pulmonology, Pulmonary Infection, Thoracic Ultrasound, and Thoracic Oncology.
These courses are designed to enhance the competence of pulmonologists and related specialists in Indonesia.
PIPKRA regularly organizes workshops to improve the practical competencies of general practitioners and respiratory physicians.
These include workshops on obstructive lung disease and lung function, respiratory emergencies in daily practice, and smoking cessation.
